How we’re different
More Structure
We give our students a clear roadmap of their first year and a half. Including everything they will learn to earn their blue belt.
We also have a monthly focus, so that you get deep knowledge of the various parts of jiu jitsu rather than brief glimpses.
Everyday People
We’re not out to build a hyper-competitive gym. We’re creating a community of people who love jiu jitsu, but have a balanced approach that keeps them healthy and consistent.
In short, we’re not here to “push you past the pain” or any of the other cliches of tough guy gyms. Our number one goal is to make sure you walk, not limp, out of the gym and come back tomorrow.

A Better Culture
Martial arts has acquired it’s fair share of baggage of the centuries. At Beacon, there are no masters and no pressure to be “loyal.” We’re free of cliques, politics, and cultish behavior.
Our business model is based on the idea that we must serve the students in order to earn their business over and over again.
Our Team
